This policy explains how Good to Stow and Premier Management and Realty Inc. collect, use, and protect information submitted through GoodToStow.com. Separate policies apply when you use AppFolio, Google Forms, FormSubmit, maps, or another linked service.

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, storage interests, customer status, message, and any other information you submit. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical data, including IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to respond to storage inquiries, provide availability and account assistance, support facility operations, prevent spam and fraud, secure the website, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
Forms and service providers
Availability and customer portal functions are provided through AppFolio pages. Prequalification is provided through Google Forms. Contact forms are transmitted through FormSubmit and currently routed to Andrew@PCRealty.com for testing and response. Information submitted directly to another service is handled under that service’s policy and terms.
Payments and sensitive information
Payment and account activity should be completed through the designated resident portal. Do not submit bank details, payment card data, Social Security numbers, passwords, access codes, medical information, or other sensitive information through the general contact form.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, ordinary business records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications by contacting us.
